Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1.1 Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

This service is exclusively done with DHL Worldwide. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In principle, such delay would be the minimum possible existing among carrier companies. |
Note: Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Switzerland.
1.3 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
When your shipping method is PRIORITY, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Note: When your order is over 150USD, as a security measure, we keep tracking numbers from any order independently the shipping method for you chosen.
1.4 Customs, Duties and Taxes
SREEDS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
1.5 Damages
SREEDS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
1.6 International Shipping Policy
We currently do not recommend shipping to certain countries where national post offices are extremely inefficient. When you consider being based in one of those countries, we strongly recommend you to go for the Priority service which will be handle by private currier once in the destination country.

Disclaimer: be aware items can be returned and refunded except final reeds (single or double reeds). Gift cards are also not accepted due to their expiration timeline and code issued.
