Sreeds is a family business run from Switzerland. According to Swiss law, if the annual turnover from taxable supplies generated in Switzerland and/or abroad is less than CHF 100,000, the business is exempt from VAT. So far, we are allow invoicing without TAX. This may change over the months to come. This exempt from Swiss VAT does not mean certain countries may apply their respective Value-added tax.

This website is operated by SREEDS INTERNATIONAL. We are a family business non-registered in Switzerland and have our legal office at Davidsbodenstr. 71, 4056, Basel.

Accessing this Website

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our website, or our entire website, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not share it with any other person. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use. Suspension and Termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use through your use of our site. When a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate including but not limited to taking all or any of the following actions:

immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;
immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site;
issue of a warning to you;
legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
further legal action against you;
disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms of Use.

Use of Sreeds Feed

If you intend to use any Sreeds Feed on your website and/or as part of another RSS feed you must ensure that a clear and functional link is provided to the webpage that contains the Sreeds Feed and that visitors to your website or subscribers to any relevant RSS feed incorporating the Sreeds RSS Feed are made aware that the Sreeds RSS Feed is subject to this RSS Feeds Licence. You should in all cases ensure that the proper attribution is given to content contained in the SreedsRSS Feed by clearly stating that ‘This content is from Sreeds PLC’s website at www.sreeds.com and ensuring that all copyright notices are retained in their original form.

By using the Sreeds RSS Feed(s) and/or Sreeds Content, you warrant, represent and undertake that any site upon which you display (or cause to be displayed) any Sreeds RSS Feed or any feed that you generate (or cause to be generated) that incorporates any Sreeds RSS Feed (or part thereof) does not bring our name, image and/or reputation into disrepute and, in particular, does not and shall not contain any material that infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights or that a reasonable person would consider as violating our Content Standards (see above)

Whilst we have taken reasonable care in compiling this website, we are not responsible for any action taken by any person or organisation, wherever they are based, as a result, direct or otherwise, of information contained in or accessed through this website whether such information is provided by us or by a third party. Nothing on this website should be construed as the giving of advice or the making of any recommendation and this website should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision or action.
